Support through change.
I offer therapy for adolescents, young adults, and women navigating pregnancy and motherhood at Us Therapy in Singapore.

Support for young people
School pressure, difficult emotions, or the move into a new stage of life can bring people to therapy. I support adolescents and young adults with emotional and behavioural concerns, placing importance on their own perspective and what they want help with.
My background in child mental health and my earlier work as a special-needs teacher inform how I understand the connections between learning, emotions, and the expectations young people face.
Pregnancy & motherhood
I welcome enquiries from women seeking support during pregnancy and motherhood. Postpartum mental health is a particular interest of mine and was the focus of my doctoral research on vulnerability in highly sensitive mothers.
My work offers space to discuss these experiences openly, including the emotional demands of adjusting to motherhood, and explore practical support and coping strategies.
How I work
I work collaboratively to understand what feels difficult and what you would like to change. Depending on your goals, this may include finding ways to respond to strong emotions, practising how to express a need, or exploring where a boundary would help.
I draw on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. These approaches can help explore thoughts and behaviour, responses to difficult emotions, and practical steps towards personal goals.
I speak English and Mandarin. Please mention your preferred language when enquiring.
